Long leave of absence of a pupil will be granted on basis of a written application from parents submitted prior to the event. Pupil remaining absent for more than two calendar weeks without written notification from parents to school office will be deemed withdrawn and the pupil’s name will be struck off the school register.
A pupil, who has been suffering from any infectious disease, should produce a Medical Certificate in order to join the regular classes if no risk of conveying infection to others is guaranteed. Pupil suffering from Chicken Pox, Cholera, Measles, Mumps, Whooping Cough, Conjunctivitis, Jaundice, Typhoid etc. must observe the prescribed period of quarantine (medically guided) before joining the regular classes.
Parents are requested to give one calendar month notice or one month fees in lieu of it to withdraw their wards from school. School Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate will be issued to the pupils (who have formally registered their names during admission) after all the school fees, submission of school articles like Library Books, Sports Equipments and Team Jersey have been duly returned.
